Let’s take a look at a few of the little things some women missed while on their international tour of duty:

. . . being able to buy clothes off the rack because I was not the standard size.”

If you are willing to give up some personal pleasures and creature comforts for a few years, a world of excitement awaits. The vast majority of women who have lived and worked overseas are glad they did. If you are thinking, “I could never move because of this or that personal circumstance,” keep those thoughts at bay for now. Do yourself a big favor and do not assume that you cannot move for personal reasons alone. With the right planning, knowledge, and a leap of faith, it could be one of the wisest moves you have ever made.
